epiphany (aka why i wouldn't make a good feminist)
given my love of cooking and baking, my love of not having anything on my feet, and my positive experience (thus far) of being pregnant...
i quite enjoy being barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen.

This feminist enjoyed both being pregnant and being in the kitchen (though not in the cliched sense!).
Just because you enjoy being barefoot and in the kitchen doesn't make you "not a good feminist." You have a choice, and if you enjoy the "traditional" role, you are entitled to that choice. Just like a woman who wants to work and not have children is entitled to hers. I think that is what feminism is about.
When I first read your post (before you added in the stuff in brackets), I was going to write how wonderful it is that you can choose :)
Enjoy your year off, and more if you decide to do that. It is wonderful!
